The truth is that the system like Justice Kagan said, is "broken". That does not mean there are not good people attempting to make the public law 93-647 do what it was intended to do, yet it is a beast that has gotten way out of control. The truth is that title IV-D refuses to obey their own "playbook" and there is not one parent who wrote their book.
The video of the young man calling out the system by showing that food-stamps is limited to maximums that the state welfare will pay out. That reality, truth, is really on point, nicely stated regarding the truth of that regarding the psychological "holocaust" and the failure of accountability by the system.
